It's been nearly 8 months since my tricuspid valve was repaired (11/20/14)........so far, I've done pretty good but it's been a bit bumpy. Had an atrial ablation in January of this year for aflutter and eventually had to get a dual chamber pacemaker in April (coronary sinus lead to stimulate left ventricle in lieu of lead thru repaired tricuspid valve). I had an echocardiogram done last week and now my left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF) is down about 10-15 points from a couple of echos with a LVEF of 55% done early this year ie: current LVEF of 40-45%. Anybody run into anything remotely similar regarding followup testing after valve repair and a pacemaker or after just a pacemaker install?
