I just got back from weight lifting :) You are well past the recommended healing period.
Why did you get the pm? If you are otherwise healthy and the pm fixes your heart problems, you should be able to do whatever you feel up to. Arm restrictions were only for the 6-8 weeks of healing, not forever. Has your dr cleared you for exercise or given you restrictions? If your device is close to the surface you need to be careful about crushing it when you clean a bar. Full contact sports where you'd risk a hard direct hit are not a good idea, it won't damage the device because it's titanium but we aren't so tough, a direct hit hurts! And lots of repetitive motion such as excessive rowing may damage the leads. My dr said anything else is ok. I've been doing Crossfit for 4 years now and have not had any problems. I do pull ups, push ups, overhead lifts such as presses. I also kayak every chance I get. I don't hold back at all.

Hello I lift weights and I am very much aware of pulling my wires. The difference between now and before I had My implant is repetitions. More repetations less weight and the results are very close. Clearly not the same however my age 71 is more of factor than my PM. I look much younger than 71 move quickly with easy I can run swim and hike and more. Prior to my PM the thoguht of a PM was out of my realm of thought. When I was told it both frightend and left me in shock. I was extremely reluctant to have it done which is playing a very serious game of losing it all. Thank my higher power life is better now. I needed the PM is spite of of the fact I was lifting it had to be done. Final suggestion is give yourself time no need to go overboard you can stay quite healthy and enjoy physicial activities as well. Give it time. Lee
You know you're wired when...

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.
Thanks!

One thing's because I'm so scared that my wire will go off. i even had a nightmare that my pacemaker moved in the middle of my chest haha.
Now that i know your story I'm at ease. thank you very much its so good that there are people that the same as me. I'll go on gym again but of course more careful :D
