Hi - PM fitted Feb 17. The wound has healed well, in many ways I feel better, but there is persistent queasiness (not quite nausea) that interferes with moving around the house (not outside) and of course depresses appetite. I take herbal meds for the queasiness, and it helps a lot, but would like not to have the problem at all. Docs say that it cannot be due to medication effects, and I agree. It's been much too long since the procedure. No other medication changes. Can it be still my physical adjustment to the "foreign body?" Anyone else with this issue?

Moving around the house and not outside? I'm guessing your body is still swelled a little bit after the PM insertion. You don't say how your PM implant went. Was it fairly easy, did they have to push and shove to get it in? Any new medications since your PM implant?
Oh, and one other thing, they may have the voltage set a little higher on your PM to help attach the lead tips. You may be feeling the PM as it initiates a beat.
I had a lot of swelling because of trauma so I had a lot of weird feelings. Everything from pain going up into my left jaw to the tickle when my PM initiated a heartbeat.
You can check with your EP, see if the voltage is set higher and if he can lower it a little bit.
Hope they can get some relief for you soon.
