Possible relationship between PM and fatigue?

Depending on your overall health and why you got the pm, most often the pm will relieve fatigue rather than cause it. All the pm will do is make your heart beat faster. It can't affect blood pressure, how hard your heart pumps, or any of the other many things that can cause fatigue.
How long have you had it? It can take a month or more to bounce back from the surgery and get your energy back. As GH said in your other post, it's helpful if you fill in the profile. My answer will be very different for someone 80 who recently had bypass surgery than for a 20 yr old with a simple electrical short circuit.
p.s. I deleted your duplicate posts

In fact after the final "tweaks" of my pacemaker programming at the one year check up it is working so well that I forget I have it.

It's possible. Sometimes the settings are not right for us. Everyone is different.
I see your other post below and will respond to that one.
