Lump in throat and heart dropping

I have had my pacemaker since Dec
30 th. (Almost 2 months).... I am constantly tired and feel like I am going to pss out and out of breath, and it feels like I got this big lump in my throat.
Also get this feeling like what it feels like when you are on a roller coaster and you come down that first big hill and it just takes your breath away and that is when i feel my PM go off.for 5 to 10 paces. Is this normal? It is the wierdest feeling. Have been back 3 times to my Dr. For a device check and they say everything is good.

I don't pretend to be a doctor, but I've learned some cardiologists will tell you nothing if your symptoms don't relate directly to the heart or to something they can fix.

The lump in your throat can be a symptom of acid reflux. I've also had some palpitations that I felt more in the throat than chest.

The combination of roller coaster feeling followed by heart pounding sounds like "skipped beats." The feeling comes under the heading of palpitations.

Remember this: when they say the device is working fine, they mean it's working as it was programmed to. That don't mean the way it's working is good for you. There is such a thing as pacemaker syndrome. Good luck.

Keep going back, and if you don't get help, go somewhere else. Someone should at least explain to you what is or is not happening.

The "good luck" was an after thought that got typed into the wrong place. Makes me sound sarcastic which I DID NOT intend.

The "Good Luck" should be a new sentence after the fifth paragraph.
