Cardiac Ablation

Have anyone had a cardiac ablation and if so, has it bettered your condition at all???

Yes I have had 2. First one made my heart rate go from 200 to 23 beats a minute so I ended up with a pm. For a year things were still not right so I had another one. This has cleared up most of my symptoms, so I am glad I had it. I stayed in hospital overnight just to make sure everything was all right. No problems at all. Hope this helps.

Thanks Alma for the reply yes it was very helpful I have heard good things and bad things about the procedure. Honestly, I was scheduled to have one on the 29th of this month but cancelled it due to fear and other reasons.
