Update

Saw the cardiologist about my low pulse problem and have arranged a nuclear stress test for next week. Will also have a heart ultrasound before seeing pacemaker specialist. Did not realise I had a dual lead system and should therefore be able to increase the upper pulse levels.

Glad to hear they're getting it checked out. Hopefully everything will be reset in time for you to enjoy the rest of the Aussie summer. Maybe take a caravan trip to the coast or something? Anyway, hope they can fix you up quickly.
