Hi all,
Was looking for a bra that would work with my pacemaker which was inserted June 2014. Low and behold there are bra strap cushions that are silicone that you can insert your bra strap into. Works wonderful!!!! Still prefer to use strapless bras but sometimes they are tight and hurt so this is perfect. Google "bra strap cushions". The package I bought was from Maidenform but there are others. I like the silicone ones since they don't show under most clothes. I am so much happier now!
Good luck to all!!!!!

Thank you for this information! I too sometimes cannot stand the strapless bras and have been trying to figure this whole bra thing out. I have only had my pm for five days; is it still tender as far down the road as you are???

My incision is still tender and I had my surgery in June. Everyone is saying give it time but am so relieved to find these silicon pads!

I have the bras you are speaking about Trish but unfortunately the straps do go over my pacemaker and scar. I tried many others styles but still had the same problem. I guess everyones pacemakers and scars are in different places. With the silicone pads I can now wear all my bras I have with no problem!
