Two months in the bag plus a bunch of dead leaves

I passed my 2 month mark on Tuesday. Today I raked up the front yard - it's a small job, only one sycamore tree, and its still got half its leaves. BUT I felt much better doing any sort of yard work than I've felt in ages. Just wanted to say "Yay!"

Doesn't it feel good

Doesn't it feel good to get out there and do stuff! It feels even better when you finish and aren't totally exhausted.

Glad you are doing so well at the eight week mark.

I will be 8 weeks on Monday and some of the posts here are a bit scary. But I always like reading these posts of "hope".

I'm not yet cycling on the road again, but I have just started using my bike in a turbo trainer (photo posted in members' gallery) and doing 30 minute daily workouts. My shoulder is still a bit sore and I'm sweating buckets during the workouts but otherwise I'm feeling fine. So it's "Yay!" from me too.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.
