Hello! First time to post and just recently joined PM Club. So happy to find this sight. I have had 4 cardiac arrest episodes before I got my PM on 7/24/14. I had open heart surgery on 4/11/14 (one bypass). I've had some problems with PM and have had it adjusted once. Recently my Dr told me my wires in my ventricle are dying. But the good news is my PM is working and I'm alive. Has anyone else been told this? I'm 64.
Thanks

What are dying wires?

Same for me. I'm not sure I understand what you (or the doctor) mean by "wires in my ventricles are dying..."
I'd ask what the doctor meant about that.
You know you're wired when...

I am just thankful that I am alive and that even though I have this pacemaker it is not the end of the world.
