PM Moved

I had my PM fitted in July 14 and followed the instructions to the letter, rested for 8 weeks and did not do any exercisecfor 12 weeks and no golf for 16 weeks. Over Christmas my PM moved up by as much as an inch and to the right by half an inch. I believe it moved because I started front crawl swimming, has anyone else suffered movement of their PM?

I have an ICD, implanted May of last year. Over time it has shifted more than moved. Turned about 20° I can tell by where the wire attachment is located.
