a protection to play basket ball

Hello I'm a basketball player, I'm French, I was born like that sorry, and I want protection to protect my pacemaker when I play my favorite sport. I'm 47 and I'm in the competition at a small level. You aren't going to hurt the pm. You may bruise, but the pm is titanium. It's up to you if you want protection or not, it depends how rough your team plays.
