after my surgery

hello
i just get my PM implant quite two months. after this i was an active sport practizer in many sport diciplines track and fields ( 400m) karting , basketball taekwondo martial art ...then due to my job i stopped doing anything for about 7 years even jogging i was so busy working.
so four months ago i was diagnose low heart beat 27per mn and the doctor said pacemaker implant, the placed my pm quite 2 months now , thank God thing happened well.i stay 2weeks in hospital just lie down , since i had to check with the dentist for extractions which i defenitely didn't do.now after my implant surgery i can feel some palpitation when i am walking and when sleeping and i have very strong stomach ache.
can someone help me with his comment and do anyone had such symptoms?
