Constant Dizziness

Hi: I had my pacemaker put in on 6/23/14, and had dizzy spells even after insertion of this new device. THey stopped for awhile, but now past 2 days I am getting them again. Not weak like before the Pacemaker, just dizziness that comes and goes. Is anyone else experiencing that.
I have to say my energy has gotten better. I could hardly walk before I got my Pacemaker, and I find I can walk a little faster now with more energy.

I was not put on any medication. I am just on medication that I have taken for years. I have a bad issue with sinuses and a constant nasal drip. I am starting to think its the sinus trouble throwing off my Equilibrium. I guess I have to go that checked out now.
