Cleaning house

I am now going into 4 week post post op and feel great. I own a vacation rental cleaning business and wonder if I can go back to work or should I wait .

Cleaning

I hired a lady to help me with lifting and heavy work. So hard to own a business and not be involved. I think if I take it easy and depend on my helper I will at least try. As my NP said, if it does not feel right, do not do it. Been doing some light housework here at home

It depends...

I would recommend asking your doctor. I started doing things in week 2, but I did not lift heavy things and I did not lift my arm above my shoulder.

DO IT!

Go back to work (totally not medical advice). Your body will tell you when it has had enough. Your pacemaker must learn what your normal level of activity is. So give it a chance and gradually work up to a tolerable level. I accept that I can't do what I did at 20, but I am far better than before my PM and struggling.
