what is happening

Guys I have a dual chamber pacemaker. Since last night 12:20 pm I've been having syncope events every 5min till now. I called boston scientific. They say my pacemaker is fine. The cardiologist says he doesn't know what to do. What could be wrong with me ? Can't afford to be sick at this moment

The pacemaker is fine only means it's pacing as it should. That doesn't mean your heart is responding as it should, your bp is ok, or a lot of other things that can cause passing out. You need to be seen, not just a phone call.

There are other things than the PM that could be the problem. Have you checked your BP?
