18 months after surgery pain started

I had my most recent pacemaker (I have had 6) in March 2012, and in September 2013 I started having problems with my arm swelling and excruciating pain. I believe the pacemaker has moved but the doctor says it has not. This pacemaker is the first time I had a three lead system.

The doctors decided in September 2013 that the swelling might be blood clots and put me on Xarelto. I have seen a lot of doctors including the surgeon who put this in... everyone says that the pacemaker is working fine, but I am in so much pain that I can not work, sleep or function. Riding in a car especially on bumpy roads takes my pain level to a point that I almost feel like I will pass out. Has anyone else had a similar experience with their pacemaker and know anyone who can help?
