You should be moving your arm normally now so your shoulder doesn't freeze, just don't lift anything heavy or raise it higher than shoulder level. I was told 6 weeks for lifting and full range of motion, which is average. Cutting grass now should be fine, see how you feel from the vibration (assuming it's a riding mower). Bowling and anything like a golf swing where you vigorously use full range of motion, I was told 3 months. I started back to my full gym routine at 6 weeks. I took it easy and backed off when it hurt. By 3 months, I was back where I was before doing anything I wanted.

recovery pamphlet from hospital

I was given a set of written instructions, in a colorful pamphlet with lots of pictures, about managing my recovery at home.
In addition to wound care instruction, it gave me exercises to do with my arm, beginning immediately, to recover range of motion without doing any damage.
It said what I could start doing weeks one, two, three, etc.
If you didn't receive these written instructions, you could call your cardio's office and ask to be sent them.
