I have had a pacemaker since June 2008. For the last three weeks I have been having a lot of PVC. Went in this week and had pacemaker checked was told it was working alright. About three weeks ago I hear something come from my pacemaker, sounded like a spark. Now my pulse is set at 65 but I have 2 beats then a PVC then 2 beats. This is not comfortable. So in one minute I have 40 beats about 25 PVC. anyone have idea what is going on?

.....you are experiencing what is called Tri-Geminy. Google on it for details. Essentially, you have a three beat pattern established. It indeed will make you feel like absolute crap. There is nothing the PM can do about PVC's because they are a beat that comes EARLY. The PM can only speed things up, NOT slow them down.
IT is not serious or life-threatening, but really is a debilitating situation if it goes on for a long time.
Your Cardio needs to know about this. It can be controlled w/ anti-arrhythmic meds plus your PM. The Meds help kill the PVC's, but also tend to slow down the HR. The PM takes care of bringing your HR back up to near normal.
It is also possible under some circumstances to kill the PVC's w/ a ablation. You need to talk about this w/ your Cardio & EP for the best course of action.
