sweating like crazy and symptoms I had before pace

I'm 23 I had a dual chamber pacemaker put in April 11th, 2014. Last several days I have been feeling like I have been before the surgery and something new but don't know if you may know or had this but my body feels like it's radiating heat, usually when I leave the air conditioner on I wake up freezing but last 2 nights I wake up drenched in sweat and only wearing a pair of short shorts and husbands beater I sit in the room with the air conditioning on 8 and I'm drenched in sweat like I just took a shower. Yesterday I almost passed out feeling like I have no energy and was standing up brushing my teeth when I started feeling out of it my hubby took my pulse and heart rate was about 115-120 standing up. The only thing that's new now is excessive sweating and I've never had a problem with that before. Waiting on my doctor to call back because I don't want to keep running to the doctor or emergency room every time something seems wrong thanks in advance appreciate any feedback or similar experiences.
