feeling like passing out a couple weeks after pace

Im 23 I had a pm implanted on April 11th 2014, it's April 29th. I haven't had any problems except the last 3 days last 3 days I have almost no energy at all and than today I feel like I'm going to pass out and almost did I haven't felt like that since before the pm being put in. My hr races I was standing up and could feel my heart rate start goin fast and it was at least 116. Had the air condition on all day and all night and woke up sweating and still am. When normally I would wake up freezing. My body feels like it's radiating heat. Its frustrating going from not being able to do to basically nothing and doctors not being able to find anything wrong to them finding out having surgery feeling great and than that being taken away.

Could it be some kind of infection?? Although you'd probably be chilling if that were the case?? You may have some tachycardia issues?? If it's bothering you I'd at least contact you dr office and find out what they say

I had my pm for a week and went out of town over the weekend. I felt fine but in the evening after the drive (my wife drove, I sat) I ended up in the ER because of feeling faint. Turned out they needed to fine tune the settings. Call your technician Nd your cardio dr. It may be that simple.
