Larger left breast

It has been 3 months since my device was implanted and now my left breast is larger than my right.
No pain, tenderness, or discoloration.
While sleeping on my left side I do have some muscle twitching but that should not be enough to cause an enlarged breast.
I row a boat for a living and am in great shape and have even lost weight in the last few months.
So your collective thoughts are?

fluid retention?

I had residual swelling after one of my replacements. I mentioned it to the nurse, she said to use a heating pad on low for 15 min at a time several times a day. Two days and it was gone.

You should exclude other causes

Whilst it is possible to have bruising at the time of the operation and residual blood clot, this would be helped by time, heat, and other physical methods, you should not assume an enlarged breast is due to the operation.
You should ensure there are no tumours, blocked lymphatics etc. causing breast enlargement. Weight loss may need further explanation.
