Electrical Interference

Does anyone else suspect they are getting interference from a nearby microwave repeater station/transmitter? Every night except Sundays, between 7pm and 7.30pm, I experience a sensation that feels like a palpitation, but don't generally have them since getting my PM. It's always about 7.15 to 7.20pm - so too regular to be me. We have a transmitter tower atop a university building about 2 blocks away and in line-of-sight to our house. My StJude PM is wifi enabled, but the Merlin does not light up when this happens.

Electrical Interference

Thanks, PM Club members - I don't know if my PM runs self checks - will have to find out. Will also have to speak to my Cardio about checking the Uni for details of their microwave repeater.
Reminds me of the time I had so many amalgam fillings that my teeth acted like a crystal set and picked up radio broadcasts. Reception wasn't all that good, but my Dentist agreed it can happen Later replacement of fillings with plastic crowns switched it off.
Thanks, once again - your comments have been helpful.

Is your pm running a self check? They can feel weird and would be the same time every day.

Repeater Self Check

Some repeaters have many microwave frequencies that cover a wide band, this is for transmisions and recieving and many other itmes like control of the repeater and information on how the unit is working, this brings me to my point, the repeater could be running a self check and transmitting this information back to the control station, this could be on a frequency or harmonic that might be effecting your PM, you might want to ask your doctor or the people that run the repeater about if anything special happens at that time.

An easy check

I don't know but an easy check would be spend a night at a friend house or change locations at the time it happens. If it the PM it don't know you not home!

You know you're wired when...

You forecast electrical storms better than the weather network.
