I had inserted a Biotronik Estella DR-T for almost three weeks ago. I train with a Garmin Forerunner 910XT. Three months ahead I will use a training plan I downloaded from Garmin's website. I like to train with heart rate zones.
How can I calculate my heart rate zones so they look right so I'm getting better? Especially in running. Once I start running put my pacemaker pulse up to max (155), where it stays until I start to walk again. (That will be zone 5 during the hole pass)
Does anyone have an equal pm and know about the motion sensor can be adjusted. I was at my first check last week and then max heart rate was increased from 145 to 155 Now when I go fast or driving on a bumpy road, I recognize a fluttering in the chest at the start. Quite uncomfortable. The same happens at the start of the run. During cycling does not occur unless the road is bumpy.
I feel it is easier to train with after I had my pacemaker. Do not really have much experience after three weeks but feel that I breathe easier during exercise. Do not have to gasp for air. The muscles are not tired as quickly and soreness the day after I do not feel so mutch.
Can not wait to get started on the triathlon plan at monday
I have tried to search my questions from previous answers on this forum but did not find exactly what I was looking for.
I wish you all a good weekend :)
