3 wire pacemaker

my 2 wire pacemaker is causing arrithmias so they say I need a 3 wire one soon plus a defibulator. I will have a catherezation then a venagrath first. Has anyone had this problem

I have a 3 wire Medtronic ICD and have had no problems since it was put in a year and a half ago. Good luck KEN
