Nice job, I'm about 50 minutes south of Hartford, it was raw out there today.

Good luck next month

Awesome run

Congratulations wjs you must be feeling so good, that's awesome. My fam did the Melbourne half marathon this morning, first time I've missed. I have only just been permitted to ease back to running. Can walk/run 7km but can only run 400m without stopping. My beta blockers have so slowed my heart rate but there is hope for me.
Good luck in the Manchester I'm sure you can do under two. Sprints are the go, they used to help me in my past running events, always boosted my pb. Well done! Inspirational!

........................great result...I am really pleased for you, because I understand just how much it means to sportspeople who may have,..just wondered if they would ever run again...

Excellent! Strive for shorter times, but don't define yourself by them. That takes away the joy of the sport. Good luck!
