I can not imagine riding a bicycle that far anymore!
I have traveled all over the country via motorcycle and know how exhausting that can be. but a bicycle!?!?!?
Congratulations!
Congrats!

That is awesome that you rode a century. It was on my list before I took a nose dive with exhaustion. As soon as I feel better I'm going to ride again. All of us cyclist and runners should join strava so we can give each other kudos! My PM rep said that she would dial my device in. Right now it only helps me get to 140 and prevents me from crashing too soon. Maybe you need yours adjusted a tad?
Congrats again on your great success! I hope I can post the same thing within 12 months.
Awesome

Congrats. on the ride. I ride and run. Love it and continue to do both since my PM. More cautious biking since my PM, I had a few biking accidents before the PM. Enjoy your rides. When and where is your next one?
You know you're wired when...
You run like the bionic man.

I am just thankful that I am alive and that even though I have this pacemaker it is not the end of the world.
Congrats

Congrats on the 100+ miles. A great achievement!
Know what you mean about the HR not coming up to where you need it. I'm not sure if it's the same for me, my new life after having the PM, or the new reality with heart problems.
My other options were being dead, so if I'm alive enough to complain, I feel I'm in good shape.
Congrats again!
