I deserved every bit of that tongue-lashing from Inga. I'd like to think that was out of character for me. Inga, I was greatly helped by your long letter and most appreciative of it. I'll write you a private thank you soon.
Dennis

To tell you the truth I never even give it a second thought. While growing up it never stopped me from doing anything and to this day my girlfriend or my kids need to remind me that I have one!
Interesting

You know, Dennis, it's interesting that you can say thanks for questions, but not for answers. Again, you are urging me to reply, this time not to your question, but someone else's; and this time not via private message, but via the public. You haven't even said thanks or told me whether my long reply to your original question was helpful.
When you use a forum like this, it's helpful to say please and thank you as it is in many other situations in life. The people who reply to you, use their leisure time to do so. They very often do some research before they reply in order to give you the best answers possible. They are being nothing but helpful. So, it's definitely not too much to ask those who post questions to get back to those who answered and at least say thanks.
I'm addressing this in the public, too, simply because you used the forum to urge me to reply. I have sent Jackcuoul a private message answering his questions. I'm happy to help, always, but I do NOT want to be urged to write replies by people who cannot even say thanks.
