You're gonna have to give us some more info. What kind of ache. Where, how long, etc. In your PM pocket? In your lungs?

I had a busted rib and a collapsed lung. I still get aches in my chest wall after 90 days. Some days for hours especially when the weather changes. Other times for just a few seconds when I pull on the muscles where I had the chest tube. Tylenol helps on the bad days. Otherwise I'm getting better.

Worst case could be an infection. Which will need attention. Best case is some therapy, pain goes away and you can forget about it.

Let us know. Hope you start feeling better.

I had my PM fitted 1 week after yours and I am still in pain, especially at night. Had to have a further dose of antibiotics which helped apart from the HEAVY feeling and pain in my left armpit. I make a real effort to relax my muscles when the pain is too much. Part of me thinks that I think about it too much, part thinks it is my age (67) but I am getting quite depressed about the recovery period. BTW does anyone else have increased heart rate whilst travelling in a car. Is my pacemaker responding to being bounced around?

You know you're wired when...

You have an excuse for gaining an extra ounce or two.
