Punching bag

I am the lady who Posted yesterday "punching bag" exercise. I I forgot to mention that I also have an aortic valve replacement in June 2011 n the pacemaker in June 2012. I received lots of info. So I am wondering if it is still the same, for both. OK to use it but slowly n work my way up. Thank you everybody.

...................I had a new Aortic valve in '07. I have never had a moments problem with it . I work in Building and have absolutely no problem with heavy lifting. I also run, and survived a left side crash to the ground with nothing worse than a cracked rib.

Out of interest,..did you have a Tissue valve or a Mechanical one.............?

I went for Mr Piggy, because I had been 'Buzzing' for about eight months already, and really didn't want a 'Ticker' and the associated Warfarin regime.
