I am 43 yrs old and I had my pace maker on Oct 22, 2013 for 3rd degree heart block--nothing else was wrong with the heart. I am suffering with frozen shoulder, which I am in therapy for and it is loosing up for me, but I still have the fuzzy head feeling and lack of focus and not wanting to do too much. My doctor suggests putting me on an anti depressant. Am I depressed? Or is it something else? If I need an anti depressant what is the best one for mild depression? Is there any herbal remedies out there that work? I hate taking anything!
I had 2 pace maker checks and they were normal. I am on no medications--except the icy/hot for my shoulder and an occasional alleve.
Please advise what I can do to get back to normal!

If you are not wanting to take a prescription anti depressant and want to try something that is just vitamins and minerals, there is a great product called Q96.
I have been absolutely amazed with the results I have felt since I started taking this!
I think it has supplied nutrients that I was missing.
I can feel a definite difference in the way I feel. I feel much more positive life.
It is called EMPowerplus Q96. It is a supplement and it is wonderful. I have taken prozac before and I think this is much much better.
You can find it on the internet. Or I can give you the site i use to order it.
It is great! Several people I know have also had good results.

I get my Q96 from this website: juliegardner.myqxlife.com
If it doesn't come up right away just press the search button until it does!
The normal dosage is 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening.
There are quite a few articles on Q96. I have been very satisfied with the way it has worked with me.
I hope you have good luck with it if you try it!

Got my PM 8-Oct

I got my PM on 8-Oct. It's taken me this long to get things loosened up. Was walking across a parking lot today and finally didn't feel the PM in the PM pocket. So you need to give yourself time.
I drank one 1/2 liter bottle of water per day per 33 pounds for a while. Still need to drink more water than I used to. But the water helped. More water, less depression.
Went to the charity at which I volunteered before the heart stuff. Visited for 1 1/2 hours. Then went to another location and had another meeting for about 1/2 hour. Had to go home and take a nap. So, depending upon what happened to you pre PM, that could be affecting the fuzzy feeling, lack of focus, etc. Post PM implant it can take a while to come up to pre PM speed.
Another thing, you may be feeling you shouldn't need a PM at age 43. So, yeah you could be depressed. Won't argue that. For me, getting out and moving really helped. Also worked with a psychologist and - my best help - therapy dogs. So before popping the pills, maybe go that route?
Heart problems happen when they happen. But it's really hard to look at your own mortality at age 43. (63 is better.) So before you start swinging from the chandelier and screaming like a wild ape, get some help. The people on this will support you.
Hang in there. Life gets better. You've got a lot of living to do.
