Go easy on upper body chest area over head lifts stressing the muscles which put pressure on the muscles related to and/or close to the PM.
You know you're wired when...
You can finally prove that you have a heart.

I live an extremely normal life now and my device does NOT hinder me in any way.
No other symptoms?

You say you neither have pain nor an abnormal heart rate so I don't think you need worry at this time. Numbness of the patches or any other changes, I suggest you consult your doctor stat.
I have had my PM since the beginning of September and the wound and PM pocket have healed completely. I can feel the lump of my PM below my collarbone and of course see the scar but have no problems with the implant site.
I exercise on my treadmill every day (40 minutes at ±65% of MHR) and since my PM implant the daily workout is an absolute pleasure.
Good luck.
