giddy

On a couple of occasions I have come over giddy and heart feels really sloiw. I am set at 48. Anyone know why ?

A lower setting of 48 bpm is a bit on the low side and that may be the cause, but not necessarily

Why not get it raised to say 55 and see what happens.
