hi,
I just had a pm fitted 3 days ago. I feel fit enough, although in a bit of pain. Went out for a short walk for some air, but just keep getting dizzy spells. Is this the norm. My problem was a slow heartbeat and the fact that i was having dizzy spells was the reason for the pm. Maybe im just wanting to recover too fast!

Get your settings looked at.

Make sure you tell the person adjusting your device that your getting dizzy. Write down the date and time it's happening as well. Let them know exactly what you were doing (just stood up, walking, running, stairs etc)

to read Don's post "Some tough love for newbies". You need to allow some time for healing too.
Also you may need a tweak and if you see your PM techs/Dr make sure to get a copy of your PM interrogation report. It will have loads of info on your PM modes and settings. It helps to provide this info if you have any questions for the folks on this site.
Getting back to normal activities is a great thing, but listen to your body 'cause it will tell you if you're pushing to hard.
