BIOTRONIK pacemaker

just had device implanted on friday oct 18th and now I am covered in hives that wont stop itching. back, front, buttock, behind knees, arms, neck and scalp.
been given all they can give me, benadryl, zantec, prednisone...nothing is taking away the itch. It is driving me mad!
anyone else have this!

It's the sheets

I had the same thing happen and was told it was from the bed sheets. Whatever they use to clean and disinfect them you could be allergic to. I'™ve had it happen a couple times. It was suggested that I ask for hypoallergenic sheets the next time I have a hospital stay.
