.........under the circumstance I reckon that 11 min miles is pretty darn good !!

For those who look up Yak-Tracks and say..HOW MUCH !!!!!!!.

There are lots of Y-T clones about. Only this morning I saw some decent snow spikes in a store called LIDL that we have here in the UK for about £6.

On a general note, being safe on snow and ice is going to be important for all that live in icy conditions. Just imagine falling down just after a PM implant ??

More than just 'Ouch' !

PS...could you do with some lightweight goggles ?

sweet!

It was actually a 4 mile run and my time was 44 minutes... had to run in multiple layers of clothing and Yak Tracks because of the snow and ice and a very hilly terrain. My right eye froze shut and I had to hold my hand over it while running to thaw the ice off it haha. It doesn't sound like fun but it really was.

WOW!

I very impressed Valley01!

I bet you can't wait till spring.

It's 4 degrees here this morniing, I'm not sure if I should head out today. I think I'll wait till tomorrow for the balmy 30 degress temperatures.

But I think it will make me feel a lot better. My stamina to walk is already better, even right after surgery. They had me walk all around the floor before they would release me. I did so without being exhausted and winded the way I had been.
