Okay, this is mostly a foreign language to me, although I'm familiar with some of these numbers, not all. If someone could help shine some light on these numbers for me. Thanks!
First just some basic info:my PM is St. Jude accent SR RF 1210 and V Lead Tendril SDX 1688TC/52
Basic operation as follows: also my pacer is pacing 56% (is this normal?)
Mode: VVIR-AAIR
V. triggering: off
V. noise reversion mode: VOO
threshold (measured ave) : Auto (-0.5) (2.0)
slope (measured auto): (+2)(9)
max sensor rate : 120 ....was 150 but had to have it lowered
reaction time: fast
recovery time: medium
Rate responsive V ref : low
shortes V ref.: 175 ms
v pac refractory: 250ms
v sens ref:250
base rate: 60bpm
rest rate: off
max sensor rat: 120bpm
hysteresis: off
pulse amp:5V
" width: 0.4ms
slead chamber: atrium, bipolar
lead monitor: polarity switch lower :200 upper 2000
As stated previously, I understand my my base and max rates, but everything else is foreign :)

You know you're wired when...
Like the Energizer Bunny, you keep going.

Since I got my pacemaker, I don't pass out anymore! That's a blessing in itself.

VVIR just means that it paces your ventricles and that rate response is on,
Noise reversion is an asynchronous pacing mode if something is interfering with the device, basically telling it to pace no matter what it sees.
Threshold is just how much energy it takes to make your heart squeeze, it's in an automatic mode that constantly adjusts the voltage output to preserve battery life
Don't worry about slope
Reaction and recovery time has to do with your accelerometer rate response sensor, if you move, it starts pacing at a higher rate "faster" and when you stop moving it goes back down to the base rate and a normal "medium" rate of decrease.
all of the refractories or "ref" are just clocks in the pacemaker to blank out things it shouldn't see, don't worry about those.
rest rate, your device does not go to a lower rate when your sleeping.
Pulse amp and width 5V@.4ms thats how much energy your device is using for each time it fires to make your heart squeeze, this is really high and draining your battery, this should be turned way down after about 2 months after implant
200/2000 is just the resistance range that is considered acceptable for your Tendril lead. it will switch from a Bipolar to a unipolar setting if the range is violated.
It's a lot of technical parameters that we adjust if the pacemaker is not working.
