Does anyone or has anyone ever had issues with lead placement? I can feel a rhythmic pulsation when I place my hand under my left breast. It gets more intense at times. Is now a constant feeling.

Ventricular pacing

most of the time this is just the pt being symptomatic to ventricular pacing. At your next pacemaker check, ask the tech to force pace your ventricle and see if thats the exact same feeling but at a faster rate. If it is, there's not much you can do but have him minimize the use of that lead (if appropriate). About 10% of pacer pt's can feel the pulses in the lower chamber.

I am one of the 10% who can feel the ventricular pacing. To me it feels like a constant thumping and vibration in the center of my chest. The higher my heart rate the worse the feeling. My doctors have told me some people feel the pacing and some don't, and I may always feel it, but eventually I should get used to it. To me at 3 months post implant it is as annoying as a dripping faucet or a loud ticking clock.
