Hello All,
I am new here and new to having a PM, and it was a shock to me as I was always told I had a healthy heart, which I guess I do plumbing wise, just that the electric side it messed up LOL anyways I am at 4 weeks recovery and Doc said I can go back to work at 6 and go back to my normal life... well I'm at that 10lb limit hate to go back to work and then my arm etc hurt like hell? shouldn't I start lifting more and raising my arm above my shoulder now? also said I could ride again at 6 months.. I worry about this because I know how much my Ultra Classic vibrates, Do u think this is safe??? seem like it could shake something loose??? Thanks for your replies!

If you want to, your dr. gives the OK, you have done your work outs to your satisfaction. Let go of your fear of tearing something loose in your PM, isn't going to happen. Plan on short rides to see how it goes, than go for it. Jean

I too am a Harley rider, have a Roadking. My doc told me I could ride after 1 month and I did. The caution part of your arms is in the stretching. When you are on your seat of the bike and bring it straight up your arm is usally by your side. I am back feeling the wind in my face. The vibrations have not bothered me at all. Good luck with your new pacer and welcome to our club.

I bought my harley after i had my CRT-D installed just because people said I shouldnt. My bike has the newer rubber mounts so it doesnt vibrate as much as my older bike so the love of riding keeps me rolling.
Keep on keeping on
