Thank all of you for your input. I have decided not to return to work for a few more days. I will not have my doctor's support on this. I could not even get my return to work notice including my restrictions from him. He wants my company to request them but we only have forms if I were requesting an accommodation for a disability. Thanks doc. I will take care of me. Did find a bra at JCP yesterday that I think will work. Came home and slept for 4 hours after. I just do not have my energy yet.

What a shame your doc is a jerk! Many, many people do not return to work within a week. Just take care of yourself, the rest will fall into place.
Naps are good! I napped for a good month after. I felt pretty good and got back to my routine, but the energy petered out after lunch.

I'm 35 and got my pacemaker a little over a year ago. It definitely is not a burden to me. In fact, I have more energy (which my husband enjoys), can do more things with my kids and have weight because of having the energy.
Good for you

Sorry your Doctor will not work with you. It's not like your are looking to go on vacation or something. Sometimes a little empathy goes a long way.
Those few extra days could make a big difference in the way you feel when it's time to return to work.
Good luck,
