Hi! Charger, Oh, yes, there ate teens with pacemakers and much, much younger. I hope some will post for you. Please discuss everything about the trip with your doctor(s). It would be a good idea to travel with a copy of your medical records and necessary prescriptions if your doctor(s) approves the trip. Please be honest with your doctor(s) about your mode of transportation and all activities you plan to engage in while away. Make sure those you are traveling with are familiar with your health and info. You are very wise and mature to want info and be thinking ahead. I read you enjoy basketball, great sport. I am not exactly a teenager but have been on heart meds since I was around 12years old. I am now 24 and just had my first pacemaker put in and have never felt this great as long as I can remember. Hopeful Heart is right you need to be honest with your doctor about everything. Even though you are only 15 you need to remember the doctor is there to help you and if he is a good doctor he will listen. The pacemaker changed my life for the better and I hope you have the same outcome. You can never ask too many questions when it comes to your health and it is a very mature thing of you to be looking for answers and just remember no question is a stupid question.
