Should I wait it out because cause by EF is about 20% used to be at 38% about 8 month ago , I think that me getting more PVCS mad my heart weaker and that lead me getting more PVCS. I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.

No, it can't. It can only treat bradycardia and re-synchronize the beating of your ventricles. If you have such a low EF, one of your medications should be a betablocker, and that usually also reducec the PVCs. Maybe you can ask your cardio about increasing the dosage. You should also get your potassium and magnesium levels checked, because if they are too low, that can cause PVCs, too. But get them checked, don't just throw in some supplements; if these levels are too high that can cause other and more serious arrhythmias.
Best wishes
