Hooray - completed my first 10k post pm (having done several before experiencing 2:1 block whilst exercising). Managed to get under the hour - 57.30 - conditions were perfect - sunny but cold and no wind.
I'm so grateful to members on this site who encouraged me to have the pm, my cardiologist and to the pacemaker clinic technicians who put up with me ringing them up and got the settings in my pacemaker just right enabling me to carry on with my running.
I feel my life has returned to 'normal'!

It is amazing what you can achieve with a little bit of technology and a massive dose of positive attitude !
now, Pam, how's about about that half marathon which you know you want to do ?
Best wishes

Way to go! "Normal" is a good place to be in your life :)
You know you're wired when...
You always run anti-virus software.

In fact after the final "tweaks" of my pacemaker programming at the one year check up it is working so well that I forget I have it.
Nice Pam
