Is there a way for the PM readout paper to tell you it is set perfectly for you personally?

perfect is subjective

If you feel good and can do what you want, it's safe to assume your settings are good. Ideally, we want to feel good, be able to do whatever we want, and squeeze out the maximum life from the battery. What settings are closest to that will vary from person to person so there's no one thing to look for on the report.

As for my pacemaker (almost 7 years old) I like to think of it in the terms of the old Timex commercial - takes a licking and keeps on ticking.

Exactly, how does something look perfect on paper, and I feel so bad. The optimum answer for me would be lets get you on track so you can feel good again, and regain your life back.
