I went to pacing clinic, where they changed my settings, after I went home and tried to go on a mild walk, the ache came across both arms and across my chest and back, as hard as a toothache, only when I'm walking or exert any brisk energy, as soon as I stop or sit/stand it's completely gone! I went back to the pacing clinic, told them about it, they changed the settings and it went away that was 3.5 months ago. The other day they changed my settings again, and it appeared again, so hopefully Friday they can change these settings back again. and it will go away! I was running 5 miles a day, when I collapsed, so I'm in good health, I just want to feel good again.

l have had a bad ache in my left arm a few times & it is very uncomfortable.
The first time was watching an important football match a while ago & l was getting a bit "Over excited" l saw my GP the next day & he thought it could be a form of angina & told me to see him straight away if it happened again. The next time was when l was having an ablation done, l kept getting the same deep rooted ache in my arm, then when l came to after having a cardioversion l experienced it again & was found to be in heart block.
That all happened prior to me getting a PM & apart from my GP believing it could be heart related no one else seemed to think it was.
In June this year l was kept in hospital overnight with the same ache but this time it was spreading into my chest but still no explanation for it................So l tend to think it is some sort of muscular thing with me BUT l really think you need to seek medical advice just in case :-)
Good luck,

Pain in arm(s) on walking

Whilst it is possible to have some arthritis in the shoulders that is aggravated by the movement of the shoulders on fast walking, you should be aware that angina pectoris ( coronary artery disease) can present this way. This may proceed having a heart attack!
Best to get medical examination/advice.
Kind regards.
