Heart & Arm Pain

It's 10 weeks post pacemaker implant for Afib . Was all good till 2 weeks ago when left arm began aching accompanied by stabbing heart pains . I've had it checked out at emergency and all tests were clear yet the pain persists and I'm not improving . Any thoughts out there??? Roberto
