I still felt bad at 60bpm I insisted they up it to 70bpm & it made all the difference to me. Initially after the implant they wanted to set it to 50bpm & I said no way.

It could be reaction to meds. It could be dehydration. It could be the settings need adjusted. Lots of things cause it! Keep track of when it happens. If you can tell them a time, they can check and see if you were pacing at the time.

After I had my pacemaker, it took a while to adjust, I was dizzy, and I am still sore where they put in the pacemaker. After 3 trips back to the Dr for the adjustment of the pacemaker settings, I still get a little dizzy. I have told the Dr about this and he said that my pacemaker is set at 60 and he wants me as close to a normal HR as possible. It's been 3 1/2 months since my AV node ablation and 100% pacemaker dependent, I think that it's the ( shock) of all this to our bodies trying to heal. Praying for you!!
