Postoperative

Two weeks postoperative and feel weight in chest when walking a few blocks or carrying a load of wash with one arm down a couple flights of stairs. Never felt this before. I am set at 71 bpm with an Adapta DR pacemaker for sick sinus syndrome.
Any thoughts?

How was it walking down the flight of stairs without the load of washing in one arm? If it was ok, you're overdoing it.
