I just transmitted over the phone and the tech called me back a few hours later to set up an appointment for an EKG and follow up Dr. visit due to several incidents of fast heart rates. I have not felt the fast heart but I have felt slightly dizzy a few times lately and a few weeks ago I felt like I was going to faint, which has not happend for the last many years since I had the pm put in. My battery life is fine. I am on no medication.
Is this something I should be concerned about?

You need to find out what type of fast rhythm you are having before you can determine if it something you should be worried about. The fact that you have spells of dizziness and lightheadedness is concerning that you may have some sort of rhythm that you pacemaker cant handle. It could be something as simple as a change to your pacemaker, it may mean you need a medication, or it could mean you do nothing. My guess is they want to bring you in to further interrogate your device. But since you are symptomatic, my guess is something will change. It can be helpful to journal what you are doing around when these spells happen and see if they can correlate them to what the pm sees. Good luck

It can happen, it's usually nothing to be concerned about. It's not pm related. The pm can only speed us up or regulate when we skip beats, it can't slow us down if we go fast on our own.
You might want to keep a food diary. It may be that you've developed a sensitivity to caffeine or something otc that could be causing it. Half a cup of coffee will shoot me into the stratosphere and it shows up on the pm report, any time our atrial rate gets higher than the pm can pace it shows up as in incident.
I'm experiencing something similar after 15 yrs with a pm pacing 100%, my resting rate has skyrocketed. No arrhythmias or irregularities, just fast. We're experimenting with betablockers to slow it down. So far, the one I tried first made my heart feel great but I couldn't handle the side effects. I've been waiting for a call with a prescrip for another one to try.
