What kind of pain

Have you had the pain for the 10 months or is this new pain? If you've had it for the 10 months, Cabg is right.
If it's new pain, you'll want to get it checked out.
I was getting pseudo pain on my back directly behind the PM implant site. Also getting pain going up into my jaw on the PM side.
I got a prescription from my cardio doctor for a licensed massage therapist. That enabled her to be covered by her insurance. She does deep massage.
Surprisingly enough most of the pain was caused by a couple of muscles in the neck area. Once she got those under control most of my pain went away.
Keeping hydrated helped a lot too. I was drinking 1/2 liter of water per 33 pounds. Sounds like a lot, but it really helped.
Hope you start feeling better.

A pacemaker suddenly quitting is no more likely to happen than you are to be struck by lightening.
